Given the perishable nature of coffee and our commitment to providing freshly roasted products, we have a no refund policy on coffee purchases. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly address the following situations:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or the incorrect items received. We will gladly arrange for a replacement of the incorrect or damaged items to be shipped to you at no additional cost, provided the issue is due to our error or shipping mishandling.
Example: If a bag of our "Sierra Nevada Medium Roast" arrives torn and the beans are exposed, please send us a photo, and we will promptly send you a replacement bag of the same coffee. Similarly, if you ordered our "Popayan Dark Roast" but received "Huila Decaf," please let us know, and we'll ship the correct order.

Quality Concerns: (within a reasonable timeframe): While we do not offer refunds due to taste preferences, if you believe the quality of the coffee is significantly below our standards (e.g., stale upon arrival, evident defects), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Describe the issue in detail and, if possible, provide photos. We will carefully review your concern and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a store credit for future purchases.
Example: If you receive a bag of coffee that smells and tastes clearly burnt, despite the product description not indicating a dark roast, please reach out to us with details. We will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
