Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged contents.
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged order with your order number and the photos. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement if necessary. Please retain the original packaging and damaged items as they may be required for the claim process.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days from the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.
9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
