AROMA & FLAVOR PROFILE:

Experience a delightful aroma of honey, floral notes, and fresh fruit. The flavor is distinctly tart and fruity, offering a vibrant taste experience.

ARTISANAL PROCESS:

Our beans undergo a meticulous fermentation process for seven days, shaded and fully covered in their mucilage. Following this, they are carefully transferred to a sun-drying hopper. Here, they're controlled-dried, stirred diligently every morning and afternoon, until their moisture content reaches an optimal 7-8%.

Next, we perform manual selection of each bean, ensuring only the finest make it through. The selected beans are then precisely roasted and hulled. The final steps involve refinement at a specific temperature, followed by tempering and molding, to create the perfect product.

Fear 5: This is a cacao variety originating from Arauquita, Colombia. It's known for its flavor, aroma, genetic diversity, and environmental adaptability.

 San Vicente 41: This is a cacao variety originating from San Vicente de Chucuri, Colombia. It's known for its Gustation, fragrance, Biological Diversity, and Versatility.
