PROCESS:
Our natural decaffeination process combines high-mountain spring water with natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) — a compound already found in coffee beans, fruits, and vegetables. This method ensures that no synthetic chemicals are added at any stage.
The EA is naturally derived from sugarcane, and together with pure spring water, they are the only elements the coffee ever comes into contact with.
This gentle water-EA process removes caffeine without the use of excessive heat or pressure, preserving the bean’s natural structure and rich characteristics.
