Traditional Coffee (12/60 Excelso)
The Café La Morelia Traditional Coffee, known as "12/60 Excelso," is a high-quality coffee. It is also grown in El Caimo, Armenia, Quindío, Colombia , at an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level. This coffee is from the Caturra variety and undergoes a washed process.
With a high roast level , the 12/60 Excelso has an intense chocolate aroma and a delicious chocolaty flavor. Its body is smooth , the aftertaste is lasting , and it has a medium-low acidity. It is recommended to use 8g of coffee for every 100ml of water at a temperature not exceeding 90°C.
